Thank you for your interest in renting an apartment from Aishel Real Estate.

Please complete and print the linked Application, print it out, sign it and mail it to our office together with the following information/items:

1. Income verification – 3 most recent paystubs
2. Picture ID – a copy of a Driver’s License or Passport
3. A copy of your Social Security Card.
4. A check written to Aishel Real Estate for the application fee of $35 that covers the cost of the background screening.
